Ebb is like a sunset; peaceful, still, tranquil, relaxing, reflective, dreaming.
Flow is like a waterfall; energetic and seemingly effortless, with no sense of time.
Flow State is that “sense of fluidity between your body and mind, where you are totally absorbed by and deeply focused on something, beyond the point of distraction. Finding flow state is my happy place. It’s where my best creative work comes from.
Learning to appreciate the ebb has been my work in progress. Taking detours and navigating around obstacles with grace. It is hard, it is rewarding, it is life. It is knowing that everything is always in a state of change, and I see nature as a beautiful reminder of that.
